possibile encomio opera della casa di un nobile Sande, a giudicare dal stemma di questa nobile famiglia sulla facciata e dispone di ben segnato rococò il regno della regina Maria I (r. 1777-1816). La cappella è costruito nel vecchio palazzo del capitani Veiros paese e ha allegato casa, ora occupata dalla Fondazione Asilo di Nostra Signora del Perpetuo Soccorso, che soffre di una recente revisione radicale.

La facciata è notoriamente una fusione di stili rococò e neoclassico, interpretazione coerente con l'estetica dell'epoca di detta regina.
Nell'interno anche è molto chiaro il Rococo, in particolare nella pala d'altare al fondo del Presbiterio, nella seconda sezione della nave. Sopra l'altare ci sono due angeli nello stesso stile, avvolti in ramagens, ghirlande e con in mano un fascio di conchiglie, che indica la data del 1795.
