Historical farmhouse was renovated and has four houses in the resort. The house is situated 8 km from the centre of Collazzone, 10 km from the centre of Gualdo Cattaneo and 20 km from the centre of Todi. It is located in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside.
In the house you will find facilities like a TV, heating and wireless internet. The living room has exit to the patio. Parking space is available in the grounds.
For shared use there is fenced grounds, a garden with garden furniture, a children's playground and a barbecue. The outdoor swimming pool of 12 x 6 m, is opened from 01-06 to 15-09 and has built-in steps. It is possible to play table tennis. In the house there is table football, a store for bicycles and a sun terrace. Cook on request. Half-board possible (extra). Motor access (500 m via unmade road).
Within 1 km you can find several restaurants. There are shops, bakers and grocers in 3, a supermarket in 4 km and a riding stables is 10 km away from the accommodation. Please note that having a car is essential. The owner lives in the same grounds.
