Het Estói-paleis, is een rococo pastiche, in Faro, Portugal, uniek in de regio.
Het paleis was het idee van een plaatselijke edelman die stierf kort nadat het gebouw halverwege de jaren 1840 begon.
Een andere lokale persoonlijkheid, José Francisco da Silva, verwierf het paleis en voltooide het in 1909. Hij werd burggraaf van Estói dankzij het geld en de inspanningen die hij in zijn constructie spendeerde. Het werk werd geleid door de architect Domingos da Silva Meira, wiens interesse in beeldhouwkunst evident is. Het interieur van het paleis, in pastel en stucwerk, is gerestaureerd en is een herberg.
De Estói-parochie ligt tussen Faro en São Brás de Alportel, nabij de IP1-snelweg (Via do Infante de Sagres). Vanuit de Moederkerk, gelegen in het centrum van het vriendelijke dorp, duurt het voetpad naar het paleis slechts 5 minuten.
