Located just above the village of Stoykite, Perelik Hills Apartments are part of the Perelik Palace Hotel, set 1,530 metres above sea level and surrounded by the highest peaks of Rhodope Mountains. Guests can reach Pamporovo Ski Resort within 7 km. The closest ski lift is 500 metres away.

The building is constructed in traditional Bulgarian mountain style with hardwood floors and wooden furniture. All apartments provide a spacious seating area with a fireplace and a flat-screen cable TV. They come with a balcony overlooking the mountain landscapes.

Ski school and kindergarten are also provided at the Perelik Hills Apartments.

Smolyan Lakes are reachable within 5 km. Airport Plovdiv is 110 km away. Transport from and to the airport can be organised upon request and at a surcharge.
