La mulata is modern furnished holiday home, 2 km from the centre of Jalón and 8.5 km from the centre of Benissa. It's in a quiet, sunny position, area with little traffic, 16 km from the sea.
The 4-room house on 2 levels, comfortable and with tasteful furnishings. In the living/dining room you can enjoy your time with digital TV and DVD, from the room you will have an exit to the terrace.
This house has three bedrooms and kitchen equipped in oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, microwave and freezer. In one of the bathrooms jacuzzi is to your disposal.
Large terrace with its furniture, barbecue and deck chairs (2) help you to relax. From the terrace you will have a panoramic view of the valley, the countryside and the resort. For children there is a trampoline or swimming pool.
Outside the house there are grounds of 600 m2 (fenced) with swimming pool angular, fenced (4 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.). WC in the pool area, outside shower, barbecue.
