The rustic country house, surrounded by trees is located in the Tuscan hilly countryside, just 35 km from the Tyrrhenian coast and 1 km from the centre of Montecatini in the Val di Cecina, amidst the country estate's vineyards and olive groves. The holiday country estate comprises 3 formerly restored barns with a total of 15 apartments and the manor house.
Maddalena is 2-room apartment on the ground floor. There is a living/dining room with sofa bed, 1 bedroom and a bathroom. Kitchenette is equipped with 2 hotplates, grill, electric coffee machine. There is also a small patio in the garden 20 m2 with terrace furniture, sitting area.
For shared use are fenced park , seasonal swimming pool. Outside shower, table tennis boccia and football pitch and furnished outdoor area with grill are available to guests.
On request at extra cost are visits to wine cellars with wine-tasting. Direct sales of home produce.
