Using recycled materials and ecological building techniques, Vzdelavacie centrum Zajezova is an eco-friendly farm in Zajezova. The in-house vegetarian restaurant serves traditional meals made with local produce.
Solar energy is used and there is a water-treatment facility at Vzdelavacie. The farm house is made from recycled materials including straw, wood and clay. The garden yields seasonal fruit and vegetables.
