Port Louis
Port Louis is a city in Mauritius, located in the Port Louis district, the western part is also in the Rivière Noire district. It is the capital of Mauritius and administered by the City Council of Port Louis. The city is the economic, cultural and political center of the country and the most populous city.

Port Louis has a warm semi-arid climate (BSh) under the climate classification of Köppen. Its wettest months are from December to April. The remaining months form the dry season of Port Louis.
