This apartment is on the ground floor of a hundred year old traditional holiday farmhouse in the village of Neureichenau. The village is in the middle of the Bavarian Forest, at the famous 'Three Countries Point' where Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic meet. The village is surrounded by an attractive and rolling hilly landscape. The holiday home combines its original features with modern comfort. This 25 m2 studio apartment has TV and central heating.

The studio is for 2 persons, its living/bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the bathroom has shower, washbasin and toilet, and the open plan kitchen is equipped with microwave and fridge freezer. There is a shared garden with garden furniture and BBQ.

The owner has an artist's studio and a small wine cellar which may be used by appointment. The center of Neureichenau and the restaurants are about 800 m from the apartment.
